It was only a matter of time before I decided to become a yoga teacher, and in August 2003, I graduated from Kripalu's 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. Since then I have taught at a number of the best gyms and studios in the Boston area. I found my yoga home at Sadhana Studios in the South End.
