Exceptional athletic performance requires focus, dedication, and an unyielding commitment. Quite often, the intensity of training can become our biggest downfall. We train hard, sometimes too hard, and end up with injuries that can keep us sidelined for days, even weeks. This is true for the amateur athlete as well as people competing in collegiate and professional level.

Acupuncture is an effective way to speed up recovery time from injuries (shin splints, stress fractures muscle strain and other repetitive stress injuries).
